The rooms were reasonably spacious and bright and had a stylish layout. Its location around 10-15 minutes walk from an earth mall was favourable.

The room was bright and large, the hotel was perfectly clean. Near a metro station, the location was excellant. We had lunch in Burgerfuel al Shatea Mall, located nearby. Property's restaurant served good meals.

They had a nice pool and a fitness center where I could work out. the hotel was located near many shops and restaurants, making it easy to find great food and souvenirs. What I appreciated most was the welcoming staff who made checking in a breeze, making sure everything was in order.

We enjoyed a luxurious stay with exclusive amenities and the staff was attentive to our needs in this hotel. The sauna, swimming pool, and steam room were exceptional and we spent hours enjoying the heated swimming pool and sun loungers. The location advantages provided us easy access to leisure/TV room, and the restaurant offered a wide range of special diet menus to suit our needs.

We did have a minor issue where we were made to wait until 6:00 pm to enter our room, and incurred a full day's charge. The reason given was that the cleaners were busy.
